Dressed up yoghurt

Yoghurt is always a good choice and of course, it is one of the easiest meals of all. You can prepare it in just a minute. Grab a cup of yoghurt that you bought earlier at the store preferably the one that has low fat, and add anything you like. You can add a cup of nuts or seeds, some dried fruits like grapes, apricots or fruits like bananas, apples, strawberries, a tablespoon of honey, oatmeals, combine all of these ingredients in the cup and voila! Very easy to make, yet very delicious to eat, you can even take it with you at work, or give it to your children to take it to school. You will get enough nutritious benefits from this meal, and it will get you through breakfast.

Milkshakes for the morning

Who doesn’t like a healthy milkshake for their mornings? All you need are a few ingredients, that anyone can find at home like:

1 cup milk

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 banana, frozen (or fresh bananas and add a handful of ice cubes)

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

And all you have to do is combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth enough. This is an ideal breakfast for a lot of us.

Tortilla wraps

Tortillas, are everything you need for a good breakfast. This tortilla wrap with eggs is really easy to make. All you need is:

1 egg, cooked the way you like it, be it scrambled, omelette or boiled.

1 Tbsp. any type of shredded cheese that you like

Diced tomato

1 flour tortilla

Wrap it all inside the tortilla, and hold it as a burrito. You will be amazed at this delicious and easy recipe for your breakfast. You can even dip it in a fresh homemade spicy sauce.

Strawberry breakfast

This strawberry morning breakfast is so delicious that you will end up licking your fingers.

All you need is:

A baguette, sliced in half;

1/2 cup of ricotta

1 Tbsp. honey or sugar

1 cup strawberries, sliced in half and then again in half;

All you need to do is to combine the ricotta and honey and to spread it evenly over the baguette slices and get your strawberries on top of those slices, and ready to serve.

Healthy toast

Probably the easiest thing to make ever. You just need 2 pieces of whatever bread you prefer, butter and jam. All you need to do is put butter on both pieces of bread, spread the jam over the butter and put another piece of bread on top. You can also crop the crust because it will leave it much softer to eat. Put it in the toaster and your breakfast is ready!
