When most of us hear the word exercise, our bodies’ tremor with a sort of fear and anxiety I cannot put into perspective. Our minds feel depressed at the though, like they are being ‘pinched’ painfully. However, there is that voice inside us telling us that it is a good thing. Then we do not want to be convinced by our instincts because we are probably thinking of the hard work, discipline and dedication it takes to even start working out. The time to sacrifice for exercise is almost not planned for, it seems not to be available as we are busy and after a long day of working we just want to relax and sleep till late morning the following day.
